摘　　要： 要建设一流的大学,首先必须建设一流的师资队伍。深圳信息职业技术学院高度重视"人才强校、强师兴校"战略,师资队伍建设取得显著成效:教师队伍结构得到合理优化,"双高"教师增长迅速,"双师"教师得到质的提升;并且不断通过创造条件、优化环境、健全机制等措施,引进和培养相结合,打造了一支强势师资队伍。 To construct first-class universities,we must first build first-class teachers.Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology attaches great importance to＂talent Strong schools,strong teacher-hing school＂strategy,building of the contingent of teachers have achieved remarkable results：the structure of teachers be reasonably optimized,the＂ double high＂growth of teachers,the＂double division＂ to be a qualitative upgrading of teachers;and continues through the creation of conditions to optimize the environment and improve the mechanism and other measures to introduce and develop the combination has created a strong teachers.
