矿化剂对YAl_(1-x)Cr_xO_3陶瓷红色料性能的影响

摘  要: 采用XRD、FESEM及色度测试等多种分析方法,研究了矿化剂种类、组合方式及添加量对(YAl1-xCrxO3)色料性能的影响。结果表明:适合于该色料的矿化剂有单一矿化剂CaF2、二元复合矿化剂NaF+CaCO3和三元矿化剂LiF+MgF2+Na2CO3,促使晶形发育完善和呈色的综合效果为:CaF2>NaF+CaCO3>LiF+MgF2+Na2CO3。矿化剂NaF+CaCO3合成的色料主晶相为钇铝榴石(AlYO3),次晶相为二钇铝榴石(Al2Y4O9),残余相是Y2O3,另外两种矿化剂合成的色料则没有次晶相出现。NaF+CaCO3的添加量在8%~12%(质量分数,下同)、CaF2的添加量在13%~17%时,色料有较好的红度值。 XRD, FESEM and chromatometry were employed to study the effect of types, adding method and addition amount of mineralizers on the performances of YAl1-xCrxO3 ceramic red pigments. The results indicate that unitary mineralizer of CaF2, compound mineralizers of NaF+CaCO3 and LiF+MgF2+Na2CO3 are all suitable for the YA1-xCrxO3 pigments. Furthermore, the comprehensive effect of promoting the crystal development and coloration is in the sequence of CaF2〉NaF+CaCO3〉LiF+MgF2+Na2CO3. The red pigments with main crystal phase of AlYO3, second crystal phase of Al2Y409 and residual phase of Y2O3 are obtained when using NaF+CaCO3 as mineralizer. But there are not any second crystal phases in the case of the other two kinds of mineralizers. And the pigments are of the preferable redness value when the addition of NaF+CaCO3 and CaF2 are 8wt%-12wt% and 13wt%-17wt%, respectively.
