摘　　要： 本文介绍陶瓷金卤灯电弧管封接炉几种结构型式和操作箱布局设计的比较,提出了在陶瓷金卤灯电弧管内注汞、注金卤丸和工作气体充入的方法。 In this paper,several types of sealing ceramic arc tube furnace and layout design of super purified glove box were introduced.The methods of injection of mercury and metal halide,electrode assembly and gas injection were put forward.
