平面磨削温度场三维数值模拟及其试验研究

摘  要: 在考虑工件材料物理性能与温度的非线性关系情况下,采用三角形热源模型对一些典型的磨削工况进行了三维有限元仿真,获得了工件的温度分布。分析了热源模型、磨削液和工件材料的变物性等因素对磨削温度场的影响,得出了一些重要结论。利用热电偶法测量了磨削温度,发现有限元仿真值与实验测量值相当吻合;采用表面粗糙度仪探测了工件轮廓,验证了湿磨时磨削温度沿工件宽度方向的变化规律。 The physical properties of the workpiece material were considered to be non-linear according to the temperature.Three dimensional numerical simulations for some typical grinding conditions were carried out by using the triangle heat source model under the forenamed varied material physical properties,and the distribution of workpiece's temperature field was obtained easily.The factors which could affect the grinding temperature field were analyzed such as the heat source model,the grinding fluid and the varied physical properties of the workpiece material,and some important conclusions were given.The grinding temperature was measured by thermocouple method,and the simulation results were compared with those obtained from experimental measurements.A good agreement was found between the FEM results and experimental observations.In order to verify the simulation results in the wet grinding,the outline of the workpiece was detected by the surface roughness device.
