摘 要: 在城市工况下,车辆怠速油耗大,车辆起停十分频繁,微混合动力汽车利用BSG对发动机进行快速启动和停止控制,取消了发动机怠速工况。通过对车辆起动和制动工况进行分析,对城市客车动力传动系统结构进行改进,提出了车辆控制策略,并对动力系统参数进行匹配设计。利用ADVISOR软件对车辆性能进行了仿真分析,确定了动力系统各部件的参数。分析结果表明,改进后的动力系统结构能满足车辆起动性能要求,其燃油经济性也有所提高。 Vehicles are fuel-consuming under idle condition, and vehicles start and stop frequently on urban conditions. The micro hybrid electric city bus makes rapid start-up and stop control of engine by use of BSG,which equates the abolition of the engine idling condition. Through the analysis on start-up and braking performance of vehicle, the structure of transmission system of city bus is improved, the control strategy is proposed, and the parameter matching of power system is designed. The simulation analysis of vehicle performance is done by using the ADVISOR software to determine the parameters of the components. The results show that the improved structure meets the requirements of start-up performance of the vehicle,at the same time the fuel-consuming is more economical.
