摘　　要： 性别平等和女性发展是社会发展的重要组成部分,是衡量社会进步的重要尺度。本文试图通过高职女大学生价值观的现状调查和分析,为发掘女性的性别优势,强化她们自主创新的主体意识,提升其成才自信心,增强就业竞争力,提供一些思路和建议。 Gender equality and female development are important parts of social development, and also a yardstick to measure the social advancement. This paper, through a survey on the female students＇ values in vocational colleges, attempts to give some ideas and advice on how to explore female students＇ gender advantages, reinforce their consciousness to create, improve their self-confi- dence and competitiveness in the job market.
