摘　　要： 听是语言活动的一种形式,也是语言学习的重要内容。英语学习中强调语言的习得,语言习得主要是通过大量的可理解输入来实现的,而听是获得可理解语言输入的最重要渠道。该文着重从语篇理解、信息记存、语音训练和英语思维等四个方面探讨如何帮助学生培养良好的学习习惯,以全面提高他们的听力理解能力。 Listening is not only a form of language activity but also an important content for language learning. English learning lays great emphasis on language acquision by which it can be achieved through a great amount of understandable input. Meanwhile listening is the most important channel for language input. This paper mainly discusses the development of effective listening habits in the ways of textual comprehension, information memory and storage, English thinking as well as phonetic practice etc. so as to assist students to listening comprehension ability.
