摘 要: 为了改善自保护药芯焊丝的焊接工艺性能,采用了高速摄影、水中收集熔滴、焊接飞溅测试等试验方法,研究了渣系组分中氟化物对自保护药芯焊丝电弧稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着药芯中CaF_2含量的增加,电弧形态由扩散型转变为集中型,电弧稳定性逐渐恶化;在药芯中用一部分的Na_2SiF_6代替CaF_2,可以提高电弧稳定性,改善工艺性能。综合考虑氟化物对电弧稳定性的影响,药芯中选用CaF_245%~47%,Na_2SiF_6 3%~5%较为合适。 In order to improve the processing property of self-shielded flux cored wire,the effects of fluorides on arc stability of self-shielded flux cored wire were investigated by high speed photography,collecting droplets in water through spatter test.The results show that with the increase of CaF_2,arc shape changes from diffusion to concentration and the stability of arc deteriorate.The arc stability and welding processing properties can be improved by replacing a part of CaF_2 with Na_2SiF_6.According to the effect of fluoride on arc stability,the range of CaF_2 45~47%,Na_2SiF63~5%in the flux is preferred.
