摘　　要： 复杂适应系统理论认为系统主体在不断地"学习"或"积累经验",并不断调整以适应环境。主体的能动性、主体与环境的相互影响和相互作用,是推动系统演变和进化的根本动力。复杂适应系统有助于用整体的观点来分析和理解产业系统。产业系统具有复杂适应系统的特征,这就决定了影响产业和产业竞争力的因素是复杂的和多元的。以复杂适应系统的基本原理对产业系统进行研究,并分析了影响产业竞争力的主要因素。 Industry system, as a complex system, bears the characters of complex adaptive system, which means the factors effort industry and industrial competitiveness are complex and various. In this paper, CAS theory is applied in discussing industry. On the basis of the discussions above, this paper puts forward a new model to measurement industrial competitiveness.
