摘 要: 高等教育制度系指高等教育系统或高等学校组织的行为规则及其相关主体之间的复杂关系。高等教育制度创新包括八种模式,即阶段创新模式、结构创新模式和为利益相关模式包容的利益共识模式与利益关联模式,以及为情境相关模式包容的情境创新模式、互动创新模式、目标创新模式和成员忠诚模式。制度创新受制度创新主体的利益关系、能力水平、认知水平和情感等因素的制约。 Higher education institution refers to behavior rules of higher education system or university organization, and complicated relationship among its relevant subjects. Institution innovation of higher education includes eight patterns: the pattern of stage innovation; the pattern of structure innovation; the pattern of benefit consensus and the pattern of benefit relevance included in the pattern of benefit; the pattern of situation innovation, the pattern of interaction innovation, the pattern of goal innovation, and the pattern of member loyalty which are included in the pattern of situation. Institution innovation is under the con- trol of its subject elements: benefit relationship, ability level, cognition level, and emotion.
