摘　　要： 在阐述农业院校中药资源与开发专业学生创新能力和综合能力培养重要性的基础上,重点介绍了几种培养学生创新能力和综合能力的行之有效的方法。 Based on the importance of cultivating the comprehensive and innovative ability of the students major in Chinese medicine resources and development, the article introduces some effective methods to improve the abilities.
