摘　　要： 法律规范源于社会关系的复杂、国家的出现,医务人员行医规范的制定远晚于一般法律规范的制定。当医有发展并且发展成为社会的一个行业时,医务人员行医关系始走入法律的视野,受到法律规范的调整,并最终成为单独的医学法律规范。医务人员行医规范的日益复杂是与医学的日益发达和医事法律关系的日益非熟人化相适应的。 Legal norms were derived from the complex social relations and the emergence of state. The legal norms of medical personnel practice were made much later than the general norms. The legal norms of medical personnel practice were made when medical science was developed and medicine became an industry of society. Eventually the legal norms of medical personnel practice become a separate legal norm. The increasingly complex legal norms of medical personnel practice were formed with the advance of the developing medicine and the growing non-acquaintances of medical legal relations.
