离子色谱法同时测定面粉中9种无机阴离子含量

摘  要: 面粉样品经简单的超声波萃取,离心分离,上清液过C_(18)固相萃取小柱后,采用电导抑制离子色谱法测定了面粉中氟、氯、溴、碘、亚硝酸根、硝酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根、溴酸根9种阴离子的含量。测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于8%,平均加标回收率在87.5%~96.0%之间。方法快速、简单,可满足面粉中9种阴离子的同时测定。 The flour samples were extracted by ultrasonic wave followed by centrifugal clear supernatant was eluted through the SPE - C18 column and the eluent was chromatography.
