摘　　要： 在线算法和竞争比分析是研究在线租赁的主要方法,而且一般是在租赁费用和购买价格不变的情形下给出最优投资策略。在已有研究基础上,建立了设备购买价格递减变化的离散型数学模型,给出了该模型下的最优投资策略和其竞争比的上界。最后,将市场利率进一步引入在线租赁模型中,使得模型更加贴近实际。 Online algorithm and competitive strategy is the main method of studying online leasing. Based on the existed research is that the optimal investment strategy is presented under the assumption of unchanged leasing cost and purchasing cost, the discrete mathematical model of decreased purchasing price of online leasing is established. The optimal investment strategy of this model and the up bound of its competitive ratio are presented. Finally, the interest rate is further introduced to improve the online leasing model so as to make it closer to the reality.
