摘　　要： 作为1997年亚洲金融危机的始发国和重创国,泰国金融业在此次金融危机中受到的影响程度备受关注。本文在金融危机传导机制的基础上分析了美国金融危机对泰国金融业的影响,并探索对我国金融业健康发展的一些启示。 As the origin and heavily hit country in 1997 Asian financial crisis , the impact on financial markets is highly anticipated recently. This paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of financial crises firstly, then analyzes the current general overview of Thailand finance industry, and then describes the influence from the USA financial crisis to Thailand finance industry, and explores enlightenment from the financial crisis to promote our financial development healthily.
