摘 要: 研究了糖浆母液在流动状态下培养蔗糖晶体群的质量问题,重.在讨论了蔗糖晶体在结晶器中形成包裹体的方式及其受到影响的相关因素,并对其进一步研究的发展方向进行了探讨。 The quality problems for mass sucrose crystals in syrup hydrodynamic conditions were studied. The formation of inclusions in sucrose crystals in a suspended crystallizer and the affecting factors were discussed. The further trends on the inclusions in sucrose crystals were also considered.
