摘　　要： 研究了香蕉3种添加方式(捣碎物、上清液、沉淀物)及其相应浓度梯度对疏花石斛试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,1/2MS附加浓度为10%香蕉上清液时对疏花石斛试管苗生长的促进作用最佳,而且试管苗可溶性糖含量也最高。 The effects of the different addition methods of extracts from banana and its concentration on the growth of Dendrobium henryi Schltr planets were studied.The results showed that the 1/2 MS medium with the decantate of the banana at the concentration of 10% was helpful to the growth of the planets and their sugar contain is the most.
