摘 要: 采用失重法、电化学方法、扫描电镜等方法研究了咪唑、聚乙二醇400及由两者组成的复合添加剂对锌在3mol/LKOH溶液中的电化学行为的影响。结果表明:单一添加剂及其组合均具有一定的缓蚀作用,但与单一添加剂相比,由咪唑和聚乙二醇400组成的复合添加剂缓蚀效果明显更好,这是由于咪唑和聚乙二醇400之间产生了协同作用所致,这种协同作用表现在有咪唑存在的情况下,聚乙二醇400更容易吸附在锌电极的表面,此外,两者能发挥自身的优势,弥补对方在结构上的不足,提高缓蚀效果。 Electrochemical behavior of Zn in 3 mol/L KOH solution containing imidazole, PEG400 and their mixture was investigated by weight-loss, electrochemistry methods and scanning electron microscope. The results show that either the single additive or the mixed additives can suppress the corrosion of zinc. The inhibition efficiency of the mixed additives is higher than that of any single additive because of the synergistic effect between imidazole and PEG400. In the mixed additives, the adsorption of PEG400 on the surface of zinc can be increased in the present of imidazole. Furthermore, their advantages can be brought into effect to make up their disadvantages and increase the inhibition efficiency.
