摘 要: 2008年,深圳每平方公里人口达到4490人,为此该市政府发出其人口已经超过资源和环境承载力的警示。如何突破资源环境"瓶颈",扩大就业容量,以达到让每个劳动者都拥有工作岗位的目标,成为市民、政府和学界关注的问题。通过协整理论和格兰杰因果分析,本文探寻影响深圳就业容量的主要因素并提出相应的政策建议。 In 2008, Shenzhen's population per square kilometer has reached 4490, and this made government issue a warning that Shenzhen has a population of more than resources and environmental bearing capacity. How to resolve employment problems under Resources and Environment limitation has attracted the government and researcher 'attention and to be clear about the Influencing Factor of employment capacity is the key to solve this problem. The paper explores the impact of the employment capacity of Shenzhen Through the theory of co integration and Granger causality analysis, and proposes some recommendations to enlarge Shenzhen' employment capaeity.
