摘 要: 采用ProCAST软件对铸钢件壳体的工艺方案进行模拟优化,分析金属液的温度场和流场,预测铸造过程中产生缩孔缩松缺陷的位置。针对原浇冒口系统无法实现充分补缩的缺点,提出了增加副浇口和加高冒口的改进工艺,解决了壳体泄露问题,获得了理想的铸件。 ProCAST software was used to simulate and optimize the cast technology of cast-steel shell. The temperature field and flow field of molten metal was analyzed and the position of shrinkage defects was forecasted in the solidfication process. The improved gating system was set up according to the simulation results, the vice gate and the height of riser were increased to solve the shell leaking proklem desired quality was obtained.
