摘 要: 采用有限元法建立模型,利用等价比热法处理相变潜热,对大型离心铸造轧辊浇注及冷却过程的温度场进行了数值模拟。通过计算轧辊各部位的温度梯度和冷却速度,利用新山英辅(Niyama)判据,对轧辊各部位出现缩孔缩松缺陷的趋势进行了预测,其结果与生产实际相吻合。 The temperature fields of large-scale centrifugal cast rollers during casting and cooling processes are simulated by using finite element method (FEM) considering the effect of latent heat with equivalent specific heat method. The transient temperature fields are obtained. By calculating the temperature gradients and cooling rates of each parts of the roller, the production trends of the shrinkage cavity and porosity in different parts of the roller presented in this work are predicted by Niyama criterion and the results are in agreement with the practical ones.
