摘 要: 以某热连轧生产线主传动F1~F4机架增容改造为背景,对交交变频主传动的控制系统进行了设计、装置制造、调试及新功能开发。从传动系统的稳态分析及轧制过渡过程入手,推导了交交变频传动系统带负荷观测器和不带负荷观测器的传递函数,利用MATLAB进行稳定性分析,找到了轧机振动的原因,提出了抑制措施。投入负荷观测器后,对抑制轧机振动起到了良好的实际效果。 Based on rebuilding of the main drive for F1-F4 stands of a hot strip mill, the design,equipment manufacture,testing and development of new features for AC-AC conversion main drive control system were carried out. The steady-state and transitional stages during rolling were analyzed, so as to derive the transfer function of main drive system with load observer and without load observer. The stability analysis was carried out by using MATLAB, the reason of mill stand vibration was found and suppression measures were proposed. After load observer put into use, it has a good actual results to suppress the mill stand vibration.
