摘　　要： 对市政债券发债主体的资格认定,现有研究缺乏系统性定量分析成果。针对此,本文探索性地构建了一套指标体系,并用我国35城市样本数据,运用"主成分分析法"对这些指标进行筛选和验证,最终确定了包含四个一级、十六个二级指标的市政债券发行主体资格评价指标体系。研究结果将为相关理论和实务部门提供一个有用的分析评价工具。 To assess the qualification of issuing municipal bond quantitatively is absent in recent research. According to this, this paper constructs a set of index system to differentiate the issuer qualification. Then using data from China＇ s 35 cities and Principal Components Analysis （PCA） method, the index system is tested and established finally, which consists of four first level indices and sixteen second ones. The purpose of constructing it is to provide a useful quantitatively analytic tool to promote China＇ s municipal bond market development.
