摘 要: 从个人风险认知的视角,解释高校科研团队内部知识共享行为,通过实证分析,得出个人风险认知对团队成员共享意愿有显著负向影响,且性别、学历对共享风险的认知无显著差异,而年龄和收入对风险的认知呈现出组别显著差异性的结论。根据这些结论,提出高校知识共享的实现策略:建立科学竞争和团队承诺相结合的机制、知识共享补偿机制和基于情境的领导模式等。 In the view of personal risk perception, this paper explains knowledge sharing behaviors in the university research teams, and proofs individual risk perception has a significant negative impact on their share intention;gender and education have no significant differences on the perception of sharing risk, but age and income have through a empirical analysis. Finally, based on the results a- bove, this paper also proposes some suggestions, such as the establishment of the scientific competition and commitment mechanism, knowledge - sharing compensation mechanism and a leadership model based on situations.
