摘　　要： 文章讨论了我国现行医疗纠纷解决机制中存在的矛盾和问题,针对目前参与医疗纠纷解决的两类主体状况,借鉴西方国家的经验,提出了医疗纠纷解决机制应建立包括审判机关、行政机关、行业协会以及仲裁机构等多类主体在内的多元组合模式,并在构建医疗纠纷多元解决机制的基本制度和主体构成方面进行了分析与论证。 This paper discusses the contradictions and problems existing in current medical dispute settlement mechanism. Aiming at the status of the two main bodies involved in medical dispute settlement, and using the experiences of western countries as reference, it holds that the medical dispute settlement mechanism should establish a main multivariate combination pattern which includes such organizations as judicial organs and administrative organs, guilds and arbitration agencies, etc. It also analyses and proves the basic system and construction of the multivariate medical dispute settlement mechanism.
