摘 要: 基于傅里叶轮廓变换术,研究对三维相位图进行定标,即标定调制相位与高度的定量关系的方法.首先,推导实验用的高度与调制相位的定标公式;然后,使用周期为3个像素的光栅条纹,以高度间隔分别为50μm,1 mm,2 mm,5 mm进行定标实验,并应用定标公式对沿高度方向的包裹相位进行解包. Based on Fourier transform profilometry (FTP), a method of calibrating the object's 3D phase map is proposed. Firstly, the phase-height conversion formula for calibration is derived. Then, a three pixel-period grating pattern is applied, several height increments, namely, 50 μm, 1 mm, 2 mm and 5 mm are used in the experiment, respectively, and the wrapped phases in the height direction are effectively unwrapped using the formula.
