摘　　要： 通过从语音角度探讨湘西乡话的内部差异,列举了声韵调10个主要差别,并在此基础上,对比周边汉语方言的情况,分析差异产生的原因。认为乡话受周边汉语方言的影响,从边界到腹地正在发生语音分化,并将这种变化情况分为三种:带区域性特征的语言波的扩散、方言的地缘水缘关系的影响、双语区强势方言的渗透。 The article mainly studies the deference of the Xianghua Dialect in West Hunan. Compared with the other dialect around, the article explores： because of the other dialects＇ references, Xianghua Dialect is changing from the around to the centre, These changes have three styles： the spread of ripples of language, the references of contiguous dialects, the infiltrate of the dominant dialect.
