蛋鸡粪便铜排泄率的研究

摘  要: 试验蛋鸡分为育成和产蛋两个阶段,每个阶段蛋鸡分5组,每组5只鸡采用全收粪法分别收集并测量各组试验鸡的产粪量和采食量,分春、夏、秋、冬四季进行代谢试验,每季连续采样5d。结果表明,育成、产蛋鸡饲料铜分别平均为11.41mg/kg和10.02mg/kg;育成、产蛋鸡粪铜分别为20.46和18.19mg/kg;育成与产蛋鸡平均日产铜分别为0.428和0.519mg/只。研究表明,粪铜与料铜水平相关性较好,铜排泄率随摄入的铜增加而提高;产蛋鸡的铜排泄率低于育成鸡,铜在产蛋鸡和育成鸡的分配模式上不同。研究结果为推进环境友好型蛋鸡业的发展提供基础依据。 Five groups were selected from the growing and laying period respectively. The dung was collected and the intake was recorded within the five days. The testing was done through the four seasons. The results showed that the average dietary copper dosages were recorded to be 11.41 mg/kg and 10.02 mg/kg,copper residues in faeces to be 20.46 mg/kg and 18.19 mg/kg,and the average daily copper discharged to be 0.428 mg/d and 0.519 mg/d for the growing and laying hens respectively. It indicated that there was a strong correlation between dietary copper and copper residues in faeces. Copper residues in the faeces were significantly increased as intake copper increased. The excretion rate of copper in the laying hen was lower than that in grower. The distribution model of copper in laying period varied from that in growing period. Th results will lay a foundation on the development of friendly environmental layer industry.
