摘　　要： 叙述了在单一反应釜内迅速合成ＴＤＩ（甲苯二异氰酸酯）与ＴＭＰ（三羟甲基丙烷）预聚体的生产工艺。研究了合成条件、催化剂、溶剂对此预聚体质量的影响。与双釜两步合成法相比较，本工艺具有反应时间短、能耗低、工艺简单、操作方便、游离ＴＤＩ含量低等优点。 The production technology of fast preparation of the prepolymer of TDI with TMP in one reactor has been described The influence of polymerization conditions, catalysts and solvents on the quality of prepolymer was discussed Compared to the two step process in two reactors, the one step process has the advantages of less reaction time, lower energy consumption, simple process, easy operation and lower free TDI monomer etc
