摘　　要： 本文针对初做外贸的从业人员审核和修改信用证时存在的误区,笔者提出信用证审核和修改应出口跟单工作的实际情况和贸易政策的变化,灵活处理信用证的＂不符点＂,以提高出口交单结汇的效率,密切同客户的合作关系。 As to the mistakes made by the initial foreign trade business men when examing and amending the discrepancies of LC,the writer point out that the beneficiary should flexibly tackle the discrepancies of the letter of credit according to the export actual situation and the changes of importing policy when examing and amending the LC, in order to raise the efficiency of exchange settlement for export documents as well as strengthening the cooperation with the customers
