摘　　要： 蚕桑资源高效综合利用是蚕桑绢丝产业的延伸与拓展。全文以新的思路与理念讨论了蚕桑资源高效综合利用新技术及该学科与产业的发展方向:将蚕桑产业相关的物质资源、生物资源和文化资源,以现代科学技术和循环经济模式进行开发利用,以达到物尽其用和资源效益最优化的目的;从蚕桑资源的加工特性、功能评价、多功能品种选育、原料标准化生产、加工工艺优化等方面系统构建蚕桑资源高效综合利用的学科和技术体系;从桑枝、蚕蛹、蚕沙等大宗资源入手,开展精深加工提高附加值,并开拓蚕桑资源的生态和文化功能,实现蚕桑资源的全方位开发,打造蚕桑资源高效综合利用新产业。 Efficient comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources is an extension and development of the traditional sericultural industry.This paper discussed the new sericultural technology for efficient comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources and the development tendency of related industry with a new train of thoughts and ideas.It was explained that all sericultural industry related material,biological and cultural resources should be utilized by means of modern technology and recyclable economy so as to achieve the targets of making the best use of everything and optimizing the economy of resources.A special subject and related technological system for efficient comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources should be constructed to include processing characters,functional evaluation,multifunctional variety selection,standardized production of raw materials,and optimization of technological parameters etc.Deep processing should be conducted to mulberry branches,silkworm pupae,and silkworm litters etc,which are generally in large supply,to increase their added values.Finally,ecological and cultural functions of the sericultural resources should also be expanded so as to enable a comprehensive development and establishment of new industry in the efficient comprehensive utilization of sericultural resources.
