摘 要: 对杨木盘磨机械浆(RMP)在一段磨浆后、二段磨浆前用纤维素酶进行生物预处理,能够赋予浆料较好的后续磨浆性能。通过实验我们发现温度60℃、酶用量20IU·g-1为最优的纤维素酶处理条件。与对照浆料相比,酶处理能够提高纸浆的打浆性能,降低磨浆能耗,提高纸浆的各种物理性能及光学性能,对于后续的纸浆可漂性也有明显的改善和提高。 Treatment of poplar RMP after first refined stage pulp with cellulase can't improve the beating degree of treated pulp obviously, but it gives the pulp better properties for later refining. From the research we know that the best reaction condition of cellulase treatment is 60~C and 20 IU .g-l. Compared with untreated pulp, eellulase treatment can improve the beating properties of pulp, reduce refining energy consumption and improve pulp strength properties and optical properties. It's also good for the bleaching of the pulp.
