摘　　要： 在中国特色社会主义的建设中,从邓小平理论到"三个代表"重要思想,再到科学发展观,我们党在理论和实践上逐步明确了中国特色社会主义的价值取向,经历了一个从"以民为本"到"以人为本"的发展过程。这是一个历史与逻辑相统一的演变历程,也是一个继承与发展的演变历程。 In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,from Deng Xiaoping s Theory and ＂Three Represents＂ thought,to the scientific development concept,our party gradually makes the value of socialism clearly in aspects of theory and practice. It has experienced a development process which is ＂relying on the people＂ to ＂putting people first＂. This evolution is a process which is with the unity of history and logic,and of inheritance and development.
