摘　　要： 民营中小企业如何通过有效的资产重组,调整存量,充分运用已有资源,延长企业的寿命,稳定就业,成为中小企业生存发展面临的现实问题。认识民营中小企业资产重组中存在的主要障碍,从宏观层面和微观层面提出促进民营中小企业资产进行有效重组的对策,对加快民营经济快速持续发展、实现宏观经济平稳运行具有重要意义。 Small and Medium Enterprises （SMEs） often confronted with realistic problems such as how to reorganize asset effectively, adjust stock, make full use of resources and extend enterprise life. Realizing the main obstacles existing in the SMEs asset reorganization and proposing effective solutions macroscopically and microscopically has important meaning in speeding up nongovernmental economy development and realizing the Macro- economics smoothly.
