摘 要: 传统的曲柄滑块、导杆及凸轮机构组合实验仪在使用时,须配备一台PC机才能进行实验,既笨重也增加了系统成本。提出一种较新的组建机构实验仪控制系统方案,以AT89C55WD单片机为核心,利用大面积图形点阵液晶显示模块和按键组成人机界面,显示操作提示进行实验并绘制结果曲线。通过实验,论证了该方案能满足机构实验的实施需求。 The traditional combination mechanism experimental instrument of slider-block, lead rod and cam system must be equipped with a separate computer to make an experiment, which increases the system total cost and the weight. A new scheme of composing the experiment system is stated in this paper. The control system of the equipment is based on AT89C55WD single-chip micro-controller, using the large-scale graphic LCD module and buttons to compose the man-machine interface. It can display the experimental results and operating curve timely during the experiment. Through practical experiments,the new control system is proved to be competent.
