摘　　要： 通过对安徽省霍山县、金寨县农村寄宿制小学的调研发现,目前寄宿制小学存在着一些影响学生身心健康发展的问题,主要表现在住宿条件差、营养状况不良、课余生活单调、学习时间长、心理压力大、寄宿制加重了家庭经济负担,另外,学校无专门后勤管理人员、教师工作量大。对此,需要改善办学条件,加大资金投入力度,建立起一套新的学生管理体系,开展丰富多彩的课外娱乐活动并多途径解决学生心理问题;另外需加大贫困生的经济补助力度,充分调动教师的积极性、主动性,不断提升教师素质。 Through the survey on rural boarding primary schools in Huoshan County and Jinzhai County of Anhui Province, we found that there are many problems that influence students＇healthy development both in body and mind. The main problems are shown as follows ： poor conditions of accommodation, malnutrition, humdrum of campus life, long learning time and great psychological pressure of boarding students. Boarding has aggravated family economical burden. Besides, the schools do not have special rear service administrators, which results in the heavy workload for teachers. To solve the problems above, we must improve school-running condition, increase fund input, set up a new students＇management system, develop colorful recreational activities after class and solve students＇psychological problems with different approaches. In addition, we should provide subsidy to poor students, arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers, continually improve the quality of teachers.
