摘　　要： 《上海博物馆藏战国楚竹书》第五册(简称《上博五》)于2005年12月正式出版之后,竹简的内容马上受到学术界关注。本文对《上博五·三德》第十六支简进行了注译,并释其中"■"为"渊",而与此简相似的文句见于《吕氏春秋·上农》篇。 The academia paid close attention to the content of the Bamboo Slips at once after the ＂Bamboo Slips V in the Shanghai Museum＂ was published in December 2005. The author annotated and translated the content of No. 16 in Sande, thought the ancient writing 洲 as ＂Yuan （渊） ＂,and checked the sentences of similar meaning in ＂Shangnong of Lvshichunqiu. ＂
