摘　　要： 随着我国高校的不断发展，高校仪器设备采购的数量和金额在不断扩大，招标采购成为目前许多高校仪器设备采购较为常用的采购方式。主要针对如何保证高校仪器设备招标采购的质量，提高投资效益，进行探讨和思考。 With the continuous development of China＇ s university, the number of instruments and equipment purchases of university is in the continuing increase. Bidding becomes the most commonly used procurement method. Therefore, the article is mainly aimed at how to ensure universities Equipment Bidding quality, and raising investment return.
