摘　　要： 以分布式网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)应用开发平台ArcGIS Server的体系架构为基础,构建了综合管线空间信息发布平台。采用空间数据互操作技术实现空间数据格式转换,基于简单对象访问协议(SOAP)的Web服务实现空间数据协同管理,瓦片缓存索引技术实现空间数据快速访问。通过实验指出ArcGIS Server for.NET技术平台的优势和不足,提出针对WebGIS实际工程应用应采取的策略。 The authors introduced how to construct integrated pipeline information release platform, which was based on system architecture of ArcGIS server, a distributed Web Geographic Information System （WebGIS） application development kit. Technology of spatial data interoperability was adopted to achieve spatial data format convening. Spatial data collaborative management mechanism was focused on Web service, which was based on protocol of Simple Object Access Protocol （SOAP）. Tile cache was used into quick accessing mechanism. Through real data testing, advantages and disadvantages of ArcGIS Server platform were presented. In conclusion, advices for actual engineering application for WebGIS were suggested.
