摘　　要： 当前高校就业指导课在诸多方面存在问题,已不能满足学生和社会的需求,要充分发挥高校就业指导课的功能,必须根据新形势在师资、教学方式、教学设置等方面进行完善。 There are many problems in the employment guidance gurriculum for university students today.It has been unable to meet the needs of students and the community. It is necessary to give full p!ay to the features of the employment guidance curriculum. We must improve the quality of teachers, teaching methods, teaching settings and so on in the new situation.
