摘　　要： 在新的时代背景下．高校的德育工作急需进一步的创新和丰富，而大学生志愿者活动正好为高校德育工作创建了一个难得的平台和机会。通过对华南理工大学工商管理学院二十多年志愿者工作成效的研究分析．探讨出我国高校志愿者活动的有效机制。 In the new epoch, moral education in universities need a further innovation and enrichment, while the voluntary activities of undergraduate can supply a good channel and opportunity. In this paper, we will firstly research and analyze the volunteering in the college of business administration in SCUT during the past 20 years, and than discuss the effective approach of the voluntary activities in universities.
