摘 要: 本文旨在研究持续高温对生长猪生长性能及养分消化率的影响。选取遗传背景相近、初始体重(30±1.16)kg的杂交(长×大)阉公猪9头,随机置于3个组,每组3个重复,每个重复1头猪:(1)33℃持续高温,自由采食(Ⅰ组);(2)23℃适温,自由采食(Ⅱ组);(3)23℃适温,采食量与Ⅰ组相同(Ⅲ组)。试验持续21 d。结果表明,与Ⅱ组相比,Ⅰ组平均日采食量和平均日增重均显著下降(P<0.05);Ⅰ组饲料干物质和总能的消化率有所降低,而粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率有所提高,但均未达到差异显著的水平(P>0.05)。结果提示,持续高温能使生长猪平均日采食量和平均日增重降低,饲料干物质和总能的消化率有降低的趋势,而粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率有升高的趋势。 The effects of constant high ambient temperature on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of growing pigs were investigated in this study. Nine healthy Landrace × Large white male pigs with average initial weight of (30 ± 1.16) kg and the same genetic backgrounds were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 1 pig in each replicate: constant high ambient temperature at 33 ℃ with ad libitum feeding (group Ⅰ ), constant optimal ambient temperature at 23 ℃ with ad libitum feeding (group Ⅱ ), and constant optimal ambient temperature at 23 ℃ but pair-fed to the amount consumed by the group Ⅰ (group Ⅲ ). The feeding trial lasted for 21 d. The results showed that: 1) ADFI and ADG in group Ⅰ were lower than those in group Ⅱ (P〈0.05) ; 2) the digestibilities of DM and gross energy (GE) in group Ⅰ were lower than those in group Ⅱ (P〉0.05), while the digestibilities of CP and ether extract (EE) in group Ⅰ were a little higher than those in group Ⅱ (P〉0.05). In conclusion, constant high ambient temperature resulted in a rise of digestibilities of CP and EE and a decrease of ADFI,ADG and digestibitities of DM and GE.
