摘 要: 采用解析法建立水压机动梁驱动系统及工作缸压力机液耦合动态模型。仿真和试验研究表明:分配阀芯开启时,同一开启度下,随着负载不断增大,工作缸压力不断增大;同一负载下,随着开启度不断增大,工作缸压力上升越快,达到稳态值越快;阀芯开启初始阶段工作缸压力出现振荡,同一开启度下,负载越小,振荡时间越长,振幅越大;同一负载下,开启度越大,振幅越大。 The dynamics mechanical-hydraulic coupling model of moving beam drive system and fluid pressure in operating cylinder was established. The results of simulation and test show during the distributor's spool being opened, under the same open gap, the fluid pressure in operating cylinder increases with increasing load; under the same load, the fluid pressure rises more quickly still to the steady state value with increasing open gap; the fluid pressure oscillates during the distributor's spool being opened, under the same open gap, the hunting time and amplitude increase with decreasing load; under the same load, the oscillation increases with increasing open gap.
