摘 要: 针对薄壁结构石墨电极的结构特殊性,对将Powermill软件应用于典型薄壁结构石墨电极高速铣削的刀具路径策略、刀具的切入/切出方式以及刀具路径的连接方式等编程策略进行了深入分析,并通过编程实例对Powermill软件的高速铣削编程策略进行了说明,为薄壁结构石墨电极高速铣削编程设计提供参考。 According to the particularity of typical thin-walled graphite electrode, the programming strategies for high speed milling process were analyzed, including the tool path strategies, leading in/out, and the tool path connections. A programming example was used to illustrate the practical application of Powermill software in high speed milling of graphite electrode.
