摘 要: 通过单因素实验和正交试验,讨论了影响酶效果的五个因素,选出麻用纤维素酶TZ25的最佳工艺:酶用量为2(%,o.w.f),pH值为5.5,处理温度为55℃,处理时间为50min,浴比为10:1。实验结果表明,苎麻织物经麻用纤维素整理后,织物的刺痒感和柔软性得到明显改善,最大强力损失率为54.09%,但此时断裂强力仍符合标准GB/T 21295-2007《服装理化性能的技术要求》中断裂强力≥150N的规定。 The technology of enzyme TZ25 was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments, five factors affecting enzyme finish were discussed, the optimum technological conditions were 2(% ,o.w.f) dosage of cellulose, 5.5 pH value, the temperature of 55 ℃, the time of 50min and 10:1 liquor ratio. Results proved that through the treatment of enzyme TZ25, prickle sensation and softness of ramie fabrics were improved greatly, though the biggest breaking strength loss was 54.09 percent, breaking strength still accorded with the standard GB/T 21295-2007 Requirement of the garments' intrinsic quality, in which breaking strength should be no less than 150N.
