摘 要: 校企合作是高职院校发展的必由之路。目前,校企合作仍存在诸多问题。可以借鉴企业管理中的关系营销理论,应用于校企合作管理研究中,建立高职院校校企合作管理机制。应本着"资源共享、优势互补、共创利益、共同受益"的原则,识别和兼顾学校、企业、学生三方的需求结合点和利益,最终实现多赢,促进校企双方长期稳定的合作关系。 Cooperation of schools and enterprises is indispensable for the development of vocational colleges. At present, there are still a lot of problems in the cooperation. We can apply the relationship marketing theory of enterprise management to the cooperation to establish the management mechanism. It is important to implement the principle of "sharing resources, drawing on each other's comparative advantages, creating interest together, and gaining mutual benefits", integrating the demands of schools, enterprises and students to gain win-win situation and promote the long and stable cooperation of schools and enterprises.
