摘 要: 针对局部薄壁透光塑件的无痕注射成型,构建了一种全区域连通型随形槽结构,在定、动模型腔近距离位置、塑件外壳对应区域分别加工出与外壳表面一致的随形槽。模具结构中不但需要有贴近型腔的随形介质通道,而且需要在其背面近距离位置增加隔热层,从而实现沿模具型腔表面均匀传热,减少模具传热体积。并在动模一侧增加局部调温槽以加速塑件薄壁以下内部结构的冷却,以克服凹陷的产生,使外壳表面光亮度保持一致。 The paper presented a conformal medium channel structure linking the whole area for no weld line injection molding of a plastic local transparent thin walled part. The conformal channels shall be processed on the surface near the cavity of fixed half and movable half and shall conform to the surface profile of the plastic part; furthermore heat insulation layer shall be planned on the back and near the cavity. The cavity surface thus can be heated and cooled uniformly; and the heat exchange volume lowered. Moreover, a local temperature-adjusting channel was used for cooling the inner structure rapidly.
