摘 要: [目的]为防治广州斜纹夜蛾对木薯幼苗的危害奠定基础。[方法]通过调查木薯的受害株率及对斜纹夜蛾的实验室观察了解了斜纹夜蛾的形态特征及其对木薯幼苗的危害。[结果]试验田的木薯幼苗受害率为5%左右。斜纹夜蛾幼虫白天躲在土壤中,晚上出来为害,齐地面咬断或取食木薯幼苗的茎杆,仅剩叶片在土表,造成木薯缺苗,对木薯种植构成潜在威胁。斜纹夜蛾成虫体长l4~20mm,翅展35~40mm,前翅灰褐色,斑纹复杂,自前翅前缘向后缘外方有3条白色斜纹。蛹长15~20mm,赭红色。采用淋治法施用90%晶体敌百虫1000~2000倍液和20%杀灭菊酯乳油1500~2000倍液可以防治斜纹夜蛾幼虫。[结论]该试验初步研究了斜纹夜蛾在木薯上的发生为害规律。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to lay a foundation for controlling the damage of Prodenia litura Fabricius on Manihot esculenta Crantz seedlings in Guangzhou. [ Method ] The morphological features of P. litura and its damage on M. esculenta seedlings were found out through investigating the damaged rate of M. esculenta plants and observing P. litura in laboratory. [ Result] The damaged rate of M. esculenta seed- lings in experimental plot was about 5%. The larvae of P. litura escaped in soil in daytime and went out to make damage at night; they gnawed or ate the stalks of M. esculenta seedlings at ground and there was only leaves left on soil surface ; this caused the missing seedling of M. eseulenta and posed a potential threat to planting M. esculenta. The body length of adult P. litura was 14 - 20 mm, its wingspan was 35 - 40 mm, its forewing was dust color and had complex speckle and there was 3 white twills from the front edge of forewing to its posterior edge. The pupa was ochraceus red and its length was about 15 -20 mm. The application of 1 000 -2 000 times diluted solution of 90% crystal trichlorfon and 1 500 - 2 000 times diluted solution of 20% fenvalerate EC by drenching method could control the larvae of P. litura. [ Conclusion] The occurrence and damage law of P. litura on M. esculenta was preliminarily studied in this experiment.
