风电接入对西北电网辅助服务的影响

摘  要: 针对风电接入西北电网后对系统辅助服务的影响进行研究,分析风电对自动发电控制(AGC)、调峰和备用的影响。得到风电场的风速分布及风速功率曲线后,采用滚动平均法分析风电出力曲线变化特征及风电波动增加的调峰容量。综合考虑风电出力与负荷容量这2个随机变量相互作用,依据系统可靠性不变的思路估算风电接入后的备用容量,并采用经验公式估算AGC容量。西北电网的实际测算结果显示,风电接入后需要增加较多的辅助服务容量,但是通过整个区域联合调度可降低其影响。 When the large-scaled wind power is connected to the power system, energy is conserved and pollution is reduced. At the same time, the power system operation is impacted deeply as a result of the random characteristic of wind resources. Considering the condition that wind power is connected to the Northwest China Grid, this paper mainly researched about the influence on the system ancillary service, focusing on the analysis of impacts on the AGC, peak regulation and reserve. Using the rolling average method to analyze the changing char- acteristics of wind power output curve, it get the increased capacity of peak regulation when the wind power output fluctuation increased. In this paper, based on the interaction of wind power output and the load capacity, system reserve capacity was estimated using the reliability constant with wind power. And the capacity of the AGC was calculated using empirical formula. The realistic cacnlating result of Northwest China Grid shows that more system ancillary service capacity is needed when large-scaled wind power is connected, and combined regulation of regions can reduce the impact of wind power.
