摘　　要： 穆罕默德·阿里统治时期政治层面发生的变化,初步体现了现代政治的某些特征,为埃及建立起现代政治结构的最初框架,明确了政治发展趋向,启动了政治现代化进程。穆罕默德·阿里的政治改革,是以维护其统治为主旨的,带有威权政治的色彩。他在统治目的、手段、效果以及政权性质等方面显现出的弊端是当时一定历史阶段的产物,对埃及政治发展产生影响。 Mohammed Ali carried on the reform to build up the original frame of the modern political structure, which led to the trend of the political development of Egypt and laid foundation for the democratization progress of Egypt. The article tries to explain the ruling ways and the policy he implemented to show the changes of political aspect of Egypt, which sets forth the function and influence to the beginning of political modernization of Egypt.
